After listening to the first book in this series, ALMOST PRIEST, I new I wanted to listen to the next one. I am not disappointed! This one does deal with weight and size of the main female character. My heart cracked and physically ached for Mallory. I absolutely loved her character. And Finnegan won my heart early on! I’m definitely swooning over this guy.
Lucinda Gainey is a great narrator. At first she wasn’t who I was expecting, voice wise, but I adjusted and enjoyed her performance. She does both male and female voices well.
