Tried to give this series one more chance.
Again I regret it. Could not finish at 50%.
The same mistakes were made here that were made in the first book. The entire series i feel takes place in a apartment and the fact that Cronin can leap everywhere just sucks the tension and potential world building that could happen out of the story.
The mystery or romance wasn’t enough to keep my focus either, just wasn’t terribly interesting. Leaping reallllllly kills the mood.
