The Tournament is finally upon us! some wacky hijinks occur prior to the start, but eventually our characters get there and work their way up the ranks.
The book ends not at the end of the tournament, but after the Abidan’s recruiter stops by to offer a new grand prize to the tournament.

The penultimate fight is between Lindon and Yerrin, not between Lindon and Sophara (gold dragon with a hate-on for Lindon).
Yerrin wins, and Lindon has to figure out how he feels about that. As he heads to Yerrin to congratulate her, the Abadin yank him and everyone to another realm, temporarily, then he’s back and Northstrider wants to know who Dross is.
And then there are the bloopers. Amusing as always.
