Akers needs to figure out how to finish a story. It’s ridiculous that this book ends with so many unresolved threads and loose ends. If the tedious preparedness sermons were removed, the story could have been completed by this point. So far, the story is typical post-apocalyptic fiction with some fairly believable characters.
Kevin Pierce continues to deliver a great performance in this second audiobook of the series. C’mon, Akers, finish this story.
