Harrison and Sara grew up in the same town. Harrison comes from a prominent family while Sara is the daughter of recovering alcoholic; who when she was growing up was a drunk. After a bad divorce Sara returns to her home town with her son James, not only to get away from her ex, but to help her mother. She meets Harrison when she takes her son in for a doctors appointment to ease her fears. Harrison can’t get her out of his head. She can’t get him out of hers.
They start dating but Harrison’s Mother Lisa does all she can to break them up.
Will they be able to find their happily ever after or will the past keep them apart?
I loved this book when I read it, and loved it again while I listened to it.
