Rhett and Jaime really let their inner immature teenagers run wild with this one and it is HILARIOUS. From Chapter One, the medieval hijinks jackhammer hit points out of the main character’s pride (hey, Rhett and Jaime, what did Danny ever do to you?). But with every sucker punch to his dignity comes an opportunity to gain some sweet, sweet XP. “Guided” by the mysterious and devastatingly sarcastic “Screenie” interface, Danny struggles to make sense of the new world he’s been face-punched into, make allies, sing, obtain items and, most importantly, not die. If you merely read the book, there’s technically nothing wrong with that, but you will miss out on a full voice cast that does a STELLAR job of bringing the story to life.
