I love the series, and while all the books have harsh points, which emphasizes how horrible the whole thing is, this book was nothing but constant crap and crap and crap and crap and… you get the picture.

From an overall story perspective, I get it, but seeing that they escape one situation to be immediately thrown into another even worse situation, over and over and over, got tiresome. The whole book is the situation circling the drain, and it was just too much, IMHO. I get the point, but for me, as a reader, *I* needed a break from it. It took me nearly 4 weeks to finish, and I still skipped a couple bits.

I’ll will diligently follow the series to the end, but this will be the one book I don’t re-read. It’s too exhausting and just plain unpleasant from cover to cover.

I loved Mr Warburton and Mr Baldree and the presentation.
