It is always sad when a series ends as this one seems to be. There is too much left in the story of Ishmael to deposit him in the dust ben of history. There are also too many loose strings. I hope the author continues the story or has folded the characters into other of his series. I guess I’ll have to look.
And he has. The Wang story continues in the author’s SEEKER series. I’ll see if the series is as enjoyable as this series or if the author turns to the dark side.
I took some ambridge at the death of The Chief, but is is not my story to tell. I thought this added little to the plot and took the story in the wrong direction.
This book was a bit slow paced and the plot twist was unexpected yet predictable. I urge the author to continue the story of Ishmael. What could possibly go Wang.
