It is not the most original and if you are a fan of the genre you are going to recognize the tropes, but hang in there! Annie and Jeff are a great vocal pairing as always, and the story has no hiccups or dead air to get hung up on. Details are always interesting and build the story, and the character sheet stays consistent. This blend of exploration, maintenance, battle, and mechanics is what I’ve been hoping for from The Land.
I wouldn’t give the 5 stars all around if I didn’t REALLY enjoy the experience, and I honestly found nothing disappointing once the story picked up. Genuinely recommend for a good story!
