This book absolutely rules. It’s a theological debate by way of science fiction read by two amazing narrators pit against each other. The characters feel real, the action is both exciting and at times disturbing, and the in general the whole premise is hugely compelling. This is easily the best book I’ve read/listened to this year and it’s sure to become one of my all time favorites looking back for years to come.
I would recommend listening to Infinite first as this is a series of some what connected books and that one is the most relevant to this one. This book stands on it’s own without Infinite, but I think it might make the experience richer with that context.
