Paw & Order is the first title in the Detective Whiskers series (there is a prequel). Whiskers is not your ordinary housecat – he is, in fact, an extraordinary tuxedo kitty adopted by Fred (a detective) and his wife Sheila. I had read the first 7 books prior to the Audible version of Book 1 being released. My imagination had given Whiskers and the other characters voices which were almost perfectly cast for this book. The narrator nailed Whiskers right down to the inflections and slightly raspy tone. This is definitely a book you could put into the player on a longer road trip which would also be suitable for older children as there is no graphic violence or steamy scenes. I’m looking forward to more books coming out. I would definitely recommend it.
