What does Jeff Hays bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
One of the better narrator, he really goes all out. Voice filters are a nice touch, and he’s consistent and varied with each of the many characters you’re introduced to.
Any additional comments?
The book just -ends- with nearly 0 plotlines reaching closure. It is well worth the read, and held my interest throughout. But I call the book terrible just because of the last chapter. It wasn’t even a cliffhanger- I don’t know if there will be a sequel. There’s no way to know without the author saying something. If you’re reading this, check for a sequel or news of one. If one isn’t coming, this book isn’t worth the frustration.
