I found it mildly interesting, but also kind of boring and tedious. It didn’t really have any action, just a lot of setup regarding the evolution of the US into a police state and the geopolitical machinations of the Illuminati to crash the US economy. I wouldn’t put any of it outside the realm of possibility, but it simply wasn’t that compelling of a listen. The whole prepper ideology and mentality was on full display so if you’re into that you may like it. I researched many of the historical events discussed in the books and many are alarming although the book may exaggerate some of the motives and implications. The book weaves in Christian prophecy and does a decent job of applying it to the circumstances in the book, but I wouldn’t say that it was super convincing.
