I listened to this several months ago and couldn’t wait to get done with the stories. I wasn’t sure how to review it because I didn’t care for them much. Finally getting to writing reviews recently and I thought I should re-listen and give it another chance. As I listened, nothing that bothered me before was an issue.

Dante’s Gift is the story of a young couple on the verge of getting engaged when circumstances bring his Italian Grandmother to live with him. The girlfriend is worried that things will not be the same with grandma around. I enjoyed the history woven into this story of the story of how grandma and grandpa meet during the war.

Henry’s Gift is about a shy artist who finally meets the love of his life. The supernatural element here was perfect.

Tom Jordan is an excellent narrator and did a marvelous job for both stories.

I received a free Audible copy of this story, at my request, in exchange for a honest review.
