I really enjoyed this story and these characters, even when it was kind of sad and depressing. It certainly makes you want to read the next one in the series, if the mention of those two in earlier books hasn’t already.

I really liked the progression of this one and how things ended up working out. I was laughing so hard during the end where they’re getting revenge on her brothers. It was nice to see her grow to that point and I’m glad we were given that last little bit because it was really the cherry on top.

Lucinda Gainey did a wonderful job, like always! I honestly think I could listen to her narrate just about anything and be satisfied at the end of it. Highly suggest giving this one a go!
