Surprisingly good actually great!

I just finished listening to a collection of books that took over 80 hours to get through and I wish there was more!

I don’t listen to a lot of fantasy / science fiction but this was on sale and I wanted a bit of a break from some of the heavier stuff I was listening to.

I figured I would listen to a book or to and then go back to something else but ended up listening to the whole thing in one shot (over a period of 2-3 weeks).

It took about 10-15 minutes and I was hooked.

The story line is well put together, the motivations of the characters were realistic enough to have me actually caring about the them, the production quality is top notch and the narrator is one of the best, Mikael Naramore is as enjoyable to listen to as Frederick Davidson, Stephen Fry or Gerard Doyle.

I only do a review if I really enjoy or loathe something, This was a great listen and do the quantity of material vs the cost provided some of the best bang for the buck that you can get.

Don’t be intimidated by the length, I would be willing to wager that you like me wouldn’t have minded a few more hours.
