So we’ve seen this trope before, and I’m not a jock fan so I was expecting to just be okay with this title. I honestly picked it up because I love Kirt’s narration & could listen to him read the phone book. But wow was I surprised. This was a D/s relationship, a fledgling one and it was beautiful. The main characters growth was beautiful and I found myself totally engrossed with both characters. I will be listening to this one again and again. What a pleasant surprise
