This was my second book to read/listen to by Lydia Michaels. It’s not my normal romance genre, so I waffled over listening to this one. I haven’t liked very many. I am so glad I chose it in the long run! This was a unique approach to vampires than I’ve read in the past. I enjoyed the mixing of Amish culture into the read. My heart squeezed in several scenes. I became angry, heartbroken, I laughed, and smiled. I became totally invested in the characters and look forward to the next book! Lucinda Gainey did an excellent job. She has a great female and male voice. The book rolled like a movie in my head. Great performance! #AudiobookObsessionReviewer
