I’m about 3/4th of the way through this book and I’m not sure I’ll finish it. Overall its not a bad book but there a few things that are stopping me from enjoying it. first, there is almost no conflict so far. The PK guild is laughably easy and there is no overall antagonist that creates any sort of strife for the MC’s. This book is 90% social quests, resource collecting, and a few dungeon runs that the MC’s breeze through effortlessly. Which brings me to my other gripe. Everything is just handed to the MC’s. their leader is the son of the game’s CEO and its pretty heavly hinted that he is doing everything he can to help his son’s play. Even the AI is on a first name basis with him and gives him preferential treatment. I’m bored.
