Between the two Italians, Adeline and Nicolo, it took me a moment to understand which one of them is the stubborn one. Short answer, both. There is a great chemistry between Adeline and Nicolo from the very first. Worthy advisories, but so much stronger when they work together. The author does a fantastic job of keeping the plot enjoyable and smooth for the most part, and I certainly got swept up in the romance. The narration is great as well. Adeline and Nicolo are both individuals seeking adventure in life, and that’s fun, but as a woman who’s grown past the wanderlust of my 20s, I now find joy with my husband and home. A touching read with a lot of heart, I highly recommend giving this book a try. This is a voluntary review of a copy gifted by the author.
