I wanted to enjoy this book and I did enjoy its premise, but the MC was such a whiney little be-otch, particularly in the first half of the book, and it got to be very difficult to listen to his long angsty emo rants. This guy’s supposed to be a brilliant, logic-driven physicist, but he acts like a little frat-boy snowflake. I hope the author does better on the sequel.
