Like so many other true crime aficionados, I’ve read the vast majority of true crime books out there. While you can’t go wrong with Kevin Pearce as the narrator, unfortunately even he couldn’t save this one for me. The writing style seemed to go on and on with so much detail you later realized didn’t add to the story. I found myself drifting and needing to backtrack to figure out what I’d missed. This is my cue that the book is boring. I’d pass on this one.
