I love the characters and the concept of this series. It seems like something new and thankfully not just another repeated concept. Ember and Rane’s relationship is building into something beautiful and exciting. It is always amazing to see where in Rane’s timeline that Ember pops into – and watching their romance build and change as Ember grows into her power. I cannot wait to see where the next book goes and to see who may get away alive! The only thing that bothers me, is Ember’s naïveté and just moments where she seems so ridiculous and I want to smack her lol
The narrators are awesome! They pull you into the story and I forgot that I was not physically there! They are both completely perfect for the role! Sarah Puckett is Ember, if anyone else were to voice her… it would be just wrong!
