As much as I love Nevill’s full length novels, I didn’t enjoy his short stories nearly as much. Some I even skipped.
The narrator really put me off too. In a lot of cases I can forget about the narrator and sink into the story, but this guy was just too much.
I’m sorry. He sounds like a nice enough fella.
I just . . .felt like I wasted my credit this month.
I’ll be listening to samples from now on.
