This voice actor does an excellent job changing character and telling the story… but it literally sounds like she has a really bad head cold THE ENTIRE BOOK. Which really confused me. Because… WHY?!? The stuffy nasal quality even becomes worse in places! I LOVED THIS STORY, though, so STICK WITH IT… if I wasn’t already familiar with this author’s work (love it when I just need something entertaining while I work), I wouldn’t have continued listening, but once I got used to hearing the story read to me by someone drowning in their own mucus, I managed to not only finish the book, but enjoy it! I definitely recommend this story. just give the voice a chance and you can too!!
