This was my first Gia Riley’s book. This is a different friends to lovers story. I love the story of Garrett, Megan and Laney, Megan’s daughter. Garrett is a so perfect man with a big heart. Megan is a strong woman and a good mother. Laney is a so cute little girl! This story is well written and fast-paced. The storyline is filled with many twists and turns and heartbreaking and heartwarming scenes. The ending is surprising, and I love it! I wonder if it’s an opening for another book. The narration is great and easy to listen. I received this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.
