Honestly, in terms of value for your money, it’s definitely worth it. The story has a substantial amount of narration, but overall, it’s a good deal considering what you receive.
Initially, the narrator’s performance was a bit slow, as it seemed like he was still trying to find the voices for the characters. However, by the time the second or third book rolled around, he had it figured out, and his reading and presentation became more natural.
Given that it’s a zombie apocalypse book, there were a few dark moments that might make you cringe. However, the author didn’t dwell on them excessively. Instead, they focused more on the characters’ reactions and the hindsight of what could or should have been done. Despite this, the story kept a steady pace and remained engaging.
