Spoiler but this is disgustingly rape heavy. There’s no need for it, it doesn’t further the plot any.
The book started out good but the whole idea of these regular people being somehow able to outwit black ops like gangsters in the arctic wilderness despite zero experience with guns, combat, navigating the wilderness, or sub zero temperatures is absurd. I couldn’t even finish it, I just kept rolling my eyes. Also attack wolves?? As if wolves just barge en mass into buildings killing every one they find? The whole thing is just masturbatory violence porn to the point it doesn’t even make any sense.
