This book is on the lower end of the prepper fiction I’ve read, and I read a lot of prepper fiction. It’s starts off okay like any other EMP story, but the plot development is really lacking. Around the half way point the story starts losing cohesion and by the end of the book is completely off the rails and you have no idea what’s going on or why. It just completely lost my interest and had me saying “WTF?” to myself more than once.
