I put up with the inane sex fantasies of this author for 2 books, but it just goes on, while at the same time, the story loses its clarity, urgency, and interest. Had potential. The narration is decent but the special effects get a little childish after a while, too. It’d work better if it supported a story with some teeth, but this one is just petering out to me due to choices the author is making in fleshing out the depth of his characters. Just stop before you start this one and you’ll save some disappointment.
