so I was already annoyed with the last book because we got set up for this epic adventure and then it seems like he got lost on a side quest and then another side quest before finishing the first side quest.
then this book comes out and the ending of the last one had us primed for his exit of Dravens Reach and a return to the main quest….but no, we are introduced to what seems like the writer including every idea his smoke circle could come up with while brainstorming in the form of the main character falling down a flight of stairs made out of plot twist after plot twist
