The book could have been great. It is not. I wrote a previous review that obviously was too critical. The story line and the ending are good. There is just too much stream of consciousness from the main characters that adds nothing to the story. I have worked above the arctic circle. I know what cold does to you. Sorry, but when someone is as cold as described your only thoughts are to finish whatever task has you in the cold and get warm as soon as possible.
