This is a great book, made even better if you know anything about RPGs. It’s like a much better “Ready Player One” without the 80’s pop culture nostalgia.
Really interesting main character with complex motivations.
If you have read the Incarnations of Immortality series the moral questions brought up in this book are akin to the ones in “For Love of Evil.” What does it mean to be ‘bad’? Are good people really ‘good’ or just self serving?
I thoroughly enjoyed it and am about to start book 2 as soon as I finish this review.
