I loved the way Evo and Henry’s history was woven through the book with their messages at the beginning of each chapter. Both leads had complexity and depth. They overcame their problems in a realistic way and I enjoyed the slow build. Great story, great narration. Only nitpick is that it took me a second to realize who had the pov at times because the chapters begin with the sign off on a letter (which was a great touch) so it seemed like it was saying we were in Henry’s head when it was Evo’s pov and vice versa, however between the characters having distinct voices and the narration making who we were hearing from clear, this wasn’t a huge issue once I got used to it. Overall I enjoyed it. I would love to see Silas get his HEA too.
