The only issue I have with this book is that there is a smidge too much of the protagonists admiring each other’s body. I get it they are sexy and all that but dang if there isn’t a bit too much of that going on. I feel like it somewhat gets in the way of the story.
Otherwise I really enjoy the book. The sound booth theater gang knocked this out of the park. The story itself is solid, and interesting. Good if sometimes frustrating characters. Not too heavy in the rpg elements of the story so don’t come looking for stat dumps or anything, but I’m ok with that. overall I would totally recommend picking it up.
