First off, it’s well written. I think the first two books were quite good and satisfying. I found this third book somewhat disappointing because it was quite sad and frustrating without out the added benefit of the fluff (until the very end) that the other books had. I had really wanted more emotional and sexual exploration between the main characters which we didn’t get because they spent most of the story apart. I think this plot line would have worked better in the second book so that the third book could have been more about them taking on some of these really difficult things together. With all that being said, the book tells a very realistic story and I can appreciate that. I think I just wanted more happy escapism.
