I grabbed this book knowing there are others before it, however, I’m not missing any piece of the plot. I think this could be read as a standalone; as the author does a great job of covering the past without it taking from the main story.
The narrator was great for the story and brought the characters life.
I will be getting the other parts in the series to see what the others went through to find each.
I recommend this book!
