I was riveted with this from the very beginning. We meet Emma in falling for Ryan and I was intrigued as to what her story would be after her loss. She is strong even when it feels like she doesn’t have any strength left. I could feel the pull between her and Ruben and I found myself laughing at her need to always run from him. During the course of listening, I found myself laughing, smiling, and crying at every turn. The narrators did such a great job of bringing these complex characters to life and I couldn’t get enough.
