I was nervous going into this book thinking it was going to break me all over again. Those nerves were definitely not warranted! Yes, there were some parts that made me a little emotional because it brought back memories from book 1 but that was because book 1 touched my soul and will cause that reaction every time I think about it! Book 2 is emotional, but in a far different way. This is the story about forgiveness, growth, and discovering that it is okay to go after what you want. The characters in the book are do deep and insightful in ways I never expected. I cannot wait for the rest of the series to come out on audio!!!
Sarah Puckett did another fantastic job on this book! I swear I could listen to her books all day, every day! Her ability to give each character their own voice is truly amazing.
