I’m a writer myself, and this was my best new read all year. It’s rare when a writer can get the humor so spot-on, and the story is great. The characters are relatable and the stakes are about as high as they can be, with great well-described action scenes. I ended this first book wanting more, and I’m happy to see that there are more books where that came from! 5 stars, A+
