Zed and Murphy, and a host of both likable and hate-worthy characters, struggle to survive a post-apocalyptic zomby-like infection. morbidity, fear and occasional hilarity follows as Zed seeks understanding and sanctity, along with others who come and go, fighting hoards of infected along the way. I thought, at first, that this may become tedious and boring – and a few times it seemed that way but quickly turned up the excitement – but the great Phil Thron narrating kept my interest up and helped me all through the end. a very good, different style, zombie series that’ll have you understanding the close friendships that develop through adversity and pain, and hope, while keeping you locked in to the story while anticipating, desiring, the protagonists to find a sanctuary. worth the price and an excellent, action-packed series.
