for me this book went nowhere….very very very slowly. I have an hour long commute to and from work every day so I listen to audio books. I got this one because voeros was voicing some characters and that reason alone was the only reason I continued to listen. It got so boring I pulled up the app to see how many more chapters I had left and was gut punched when I found out I had 13 more to go!
The story was semi original but by the end, I’d hang on that cliff for the rest of my life before reading or listening to another chapter with Toni…her character lacked any real substance and for someone who is supposed to be a bad ass brat, I found her whiny and weak.
Dare was fine but lacked any real substance. the most interesting character was the male Tony who was merely a supporting character and page filler.
do I suggest this book…not to read…but if you want to listen to the phenomenal voeros…sure.
