A new fan of Nathan Lowell, I am digesting the endless great tales he has given us. I have read the 6 Solar Clipper series and its sequels and am eager to delve further into Lowell’s view of the future. This book was very interesting, but I thought there was something a little off, and it turned out to be the speed. At Chapter 5, I lowered the speed to 90% and then Jeffrey Kafer’s narration became perfect. He is one of my absolute favorites.

The story line is interesting, and I am glad to have the background of the Clipper series to bury myself into the story, which is unique, as all Lowell’s tales are, although they are interconnected. At the end of the book, I could tell there was more to come, and I already have the next in the Shaman series in my queue. Safe travels, everyone. The adventure continues.
