The story had an intriguing beginning and bogged down a bit when Alec became whiny. There was a lot of time devoted to feeding Alec and making him coffee that didn’t do much to move the plot forward. Cronin’s roommates being forced to listen to the two lovers became a little creepy. The ending was a bit of a disappointment, I don’t want to give my reasons since they would involve spoilers. I don’t regret the purchase but I doubt I would listen to the book again.
