Should have ended at the last book.

I enjoy this book series a lot but this book was pretty difficult to follow and difficult to get through. I think the series should have ended at the end of the previous book rather. It also got incredibly confusing to introduce dozens of new characters into the story. It was a mostly enjoyable read but was significantly more difficult to get through than previous books.
