I received this book in exchange for an honest review.
McKenna’s Woman is a book that sucks you into the western world. The description of the town’s people as well as the scenery was good. McKenna’s over-the-top “me man, you listen” grated on me at times but since this was how life was back in that era, it gave an air of realism to the time frame. The way Audra kept hating and loving McKenna brought some tension into this story. I thoroughly enjoyed the voice reading the story. Overall, this is a quick tale that you will enjoy listening to.
