If you’re gonna listen to this one, best go in expecting basic as foooook female characters because the borderline thirsty sounding romance is real. Babes idealized by the author without a doubt.
Regardless, the rest of the writing is solid stuff with an original take on the ‘other world’ Lit-RPG spectrum. Stays consistent with plot and character development. I’d normally shake my fist at the cliche elf nobility love interest, but it doesn’t play into the plot in any meaningful way.
So tired of that trope, but I’ll give it a pass.
The magic system is dope if desperately close to seeming beyond belief… but explosions are cool and im a simple man. Fighting, super powers, and all that. I’m about it, and if you can get over the barby-ass female characters, then you may also be about it.
