This book picks right up after first one in this series, Daddy Ink. The narrator was so much better than the narrator in book one. However, Christian and Dane sound the same throughout the entire story which makes it difficult to follow.

I’m not a fan of second chance stories. I missed the beginning of their story! I wish there was a prologue beginning after the charity race, and then continued on to the events leading up to why they broke up in the first place. The monologue helped a little bit, but I felt a little disconnected because it wasn’t in the story.

I can’t wait for Channing and Reagan’s story! It should be interesting.
