Initially I wanted to sympathize with the character because the reviews say he is relatable. Unfortunately I dont subscribe to the school shooter mentality. Its one thing to take your vengeance on those who wronged you. Its quite another to kill millions of innocents.
the issue with the mc is how hypocritical he is. he kills people because he believes power is all that matters and because he is powerful he should be able to do what he wants. Yet when he is attacked by those more powerful than him, he whines about them not leaving him alone. He only believes in his “code” when its convenient for him. terrible character.
