It’s kind of hard rooting for a killer, yet that’s what you’ll find yourself doing in this book. Is there really such a thing as a good killer? The book starts out with an intense scene, captivating the reader from the first chapter. He continues to hold our interest throughout the book as the body count starts to rise. In a way it’s reminiscent of the old movie DOA where someone has poisoned the lead character, and he must find the killer before he dies. Mitch teams up with a scientist to stop the deadly virus, only Mitch isn’t even sure who he has to kill. As a rogue operative, he has an entire agency on his trail. They’ve labeled this set books 1-3. However, it’s more like three different parts. Each book is a continuance from the previous. I give high stars to this book that keeps you tuned in. Tom Jordan, of course, does a stellar performance.
